Board updates and meeting notices are sent by email and are also posted on the BHCoCo website.

Residents have direct access to the George Washington National Forest (hiking, hunting, mountain biking), Lake Laura (fishing, kayaking, canoeing), and Bryce Resort (skiing, tennis, golf, pickleball, etc.). There is a local community store, and a nearby private airport.
What should I do in a medical, fire, or safety emergency?
In a life‑threatening emergency or fire, call 911 immediately. For property or infrastructure emergencies, contact APMS emergency maintenance at (540) 432-5607 and check the BHCoCo website and your email for community alerts and any posted evacuation or shelter‑in‑place instructions.
What is a Building Maintenance Liaison?
A building maintenance liaison is a resident point person who coordinates building concerns with the Board and relays building‑specific notices to neighbors. Contact info for your liaison is on the BHCoCo Contact page; for maintenance requests or emergencies, use the APMS web portal.
